For example: Outer spherical ball bearings with top wires are used for through-shafts with poor rigidity and deflection. This type of bearing has sealing rings on both sides to prevent the invasion of dirt tightly.
Appropriate amount of lubricant, no need to clean before installation, no need to add lubricant, when the top screw on the protruding end of the bearing inner ring is tightened on the shaft. The allowable axial load must not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.
The performance of the outer spherical ball bearing with eccentric sleeve is basically the same as that of the outer spherical bearing with top wire, except that the top wire is not on the inner ring, but on the eccentric sleeve. The inner hole of the outer spherical ball bearing with a tapered hole is a tapered hole with a 1:12 taper, which can be directly mounted on a tapered shaft, or mounted on an optical shaft without a shoulder by means of a fixed bushing, and the bearing clearance can be fine-tuned.

The 390000 series outer spherical bearing is used to fix the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft through an eccentric sleeve, and the hexagonal screw on the eccentric sleeve is used for fastening. In maintenance, many robots will not disassemble this kind of bearing, so it is necessary to introduce the technical points and precautions of disassembling and installing 390000 series spherical bearings:
1. First use an Allen wrench to loosen the locking screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve, and then use a small iron rod to insert the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve of the top cover, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the direction of shaft rotation.
2. Loosen the bolts that secure the bearing block. Remove the bearing together with the bearing housing from the shaft. Note before removing the bearing seat at one end of the shaft. The bearing housing bolts at the other end of the shaft should be loosened to avoid damage to the bearings at both ends.
1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, you must first remove the fixing pin of the bearing jacket, and at the same time, polish the surface of the journal to smooth and clean, and apply oil to prevent rust and lubrication at the journal (allow the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Lubricate the bearing seat and bearing mating surface, and install the bearing in the bearing seat. Then put the assembled bearing on the shaft together with the bearing seat. Push to the required position for installation.
3． Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing block first, and make the bearing jacket rotate in the bearing block. At the same time, install the bearing and seat on the other end of the same shaft, rotate the shaft a few times, and let the bearing automatically correct the position. Then tighten the bearing seat bolts.
4． Install an eccentric sleeve. First, eccentric sleeve is placed on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve, and tightened by hand in the direction of shaft rotation. Then insert the small iron rod or press against the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve. Use the hammer to tap the small iron rod in the rotation direction of the shaft. Make the eccentric sleeve securely installed, and finally tighten the hex screw on the eccentric sleeve.
Outer spherical ball bearings can be divided into three categories according to the cooperation method with the shaft:
1. The code of the top wire outer spherical ball bearing is: UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformation products UB (SB) 200 series. If the operating environment is small, the UC200 series is usually selected, and vice versa Then use the UC300 series. Usually, there are two top wires on the outer spherical ball bearing, and the included angle is 120 °. Its characteristic is that when it cooperates with the shaft, the top wire is used to press on the shaft, and then it has a fixed effect, but it cooperates. Environmental needs need to be small in scale. This kind of spherical ball bearing is widely used, and it is widely used in various manufacturing industries such as textile machinery and ceramic machinery.
Second, the spherical ball bearing with taper Its code is: UK200 series, UK300 series. This type of outer spherical ball bearing has a taper bore of 1:12 share inner diameter. It must be used in cooperation with an adapter sleeve when used. The characteristics of this type of outer spherical ball bearing are: it can accept larger load. Because the inner diameter of the same type of adapter sleeve is smaller than that of the outer spherical ball bearing with a top wire, for example, the inner diameter of the outer wire ball bearing UC209 is 45 mm, and the diameter of the shaft used in cooperation with it is 45 mm. If it is replaced with a tapered outer spherical ball bearing, you can only choose an adapter sleeve with an inner diameter of 45mm, and the tapered outer spherical ball bearing that cooperates with a 45mm adapter sleeve is only UK210 (Of course, if it fits higher, you can choose UK310). Therefore, the agreement accepted by UK210 should be much larger than that of UC209.
Third, the spherical ball bearing with eccentric sleeve Its code is: UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series. The main feature of this type of spherical ball bearing is that it has a certain degree of partial pain on the upper end of the bearing, and a partial pain sleeve with the same degree of partial pain cooperates with it. This type of bearing can also be said to be a special bearing. Since it is mainly used on agricultural machinery (harvesting machines, straw returning machines, threshers, etc.), this type of spherical ball bearing is mainly used in layouts with a stronger beating.
